These terms apply to everyone who uses spy21.com (“Spy21”), run by the owner of Spy21. By creating an account or using Spy21 you agree to these terms, to our Community rules and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Spy21
You must be at least 18 years old. You give your real date of birth when you sign up. Before you can go live on cam we may ask you to prove your age with an ID check. Accounts of people under 18 are closed.
2. Your account
Keep your password secret; you are responsible for everything done with your account. One person, one account. You may not sell, share or transfer your account. You can delete your account at any time in the menu (“Delete my account”).
3. How you behave
Follow the Community rules. In short: no illegal content, nothing involving minors, no harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams or sharing other people’s private information or images without their permission. Do not record or share other people’s cams.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to what you post (messages, photos, your cam). You give Spy21 permission to show it on the service for as long as it is online. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you are allowed to post it.
5. Moderation
Moderators and admins may remove content, mute or kick people, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the rules — when needed without warning. You can report people with the “Report” button. Illegal content can be reported to support@spy21.com.
6. Diamonds, gifts and payouts
Diamonds are a virtual item to send gifts on Spy21. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged back and are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Payments in Bitcoin are final once confirmed on the blockchain. People who receive gifts can ask for a payout as described on Spy21; payouts are checked and paid by the owner of Spy21, who may refuse or hold a payout in case of fraud, abuse, chargebacks or a breach of these terms. You are responsible for your own taxes.
7. Availability and liability
Spy21 is offered “as is”. We do our best to keep it fast and safe, but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. We are not responsible for what other users say or do. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. Important changes are announced on Spy21; if you keep using Spy21 after a change, the new terms apply.
